Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit

How the 50% credit works

Colorado offers a 50% state tax credit for donations to qualified child care providers, including Evergreen Christian Academy (see Colorado Department of Revenue publication Income 35: Child Care Contribution Credit).

Because ECA is a tax-exempt non-profit under IRC 501(c), your donation should qualify for both the 50% state credit and a charitable deduction, if you have enough Colorado and federal taxable income.

The credit applies to donations used by the school. It can't be used to offset your own tuition or child care costs.

After you donate, ECA will send you the tax form you need.
